IBS Enrollment and Registration Forms

Common MA and Buddhist Chaplaincy Certificate Students

  1. Register classes through GTU WebAdivsor. To register for a Special Reading Course, register through WebAdvisor and submit SRC form with proper signatures to the IBS Registrar’s office.

  2. Tuition and registration fee to be paid to GTU.  Send payment to:

  3. Submit a copy of the [IBS registration] form to the IBS Registrar’s office.

MBS, MDiv and Certificate (except Buddhist Chaplaincy Certificate) Students

  1. To register for classes, submit a registration form and the following signed forms to the IBS Registrar’s office:
    • Student Enrollment Agreement (MBS, MDiv or Certificate)
    • IBS Performance Fact Sheet
    To register for a Special Reading Course, submit SRC form with proper signatures to the IBS Registrar’s office.

  2. Submit tuition and fees to the IBS Registrar office at:  2140 Durant Ave., Berkeley, CA  94704


Special Students

  1. Submit Special Student application, two weeks before the first instruction day of the semester, along with a $40 application fee to the IBS Registrar’s office.

  2. Send a copy of the IBS registration form along with tuition and fees to the IBS Registrar’s office at: 2140 Durant Ave., Berkeley, CA 94704.

  • If registering an online class, register through <a href=”http://www.sksm.edu/academics/how-to-register-for-a-starr-king-school-course/”>Starr King School for the Ministry</a> and submit tuition and fees to SKSM.

Auditors

  1. To register, submit the IBS registration form.

  2. Submit auditor tuition and fees to the IBS Registrar’s office at: 2140 Durant Ave., Berkeley, CA 94704.

  • Please note some courses will require instructor’s permission to register.
