Chenxing Han holds a BA from Stanford University and an MA in Buddhist Studies, along with a certificate in Buddhist chaplaincy, from the Graduate Theological Union and the Institute of Buddhist Studies. She completed her training in clinical pastoral education at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland, and is a graduate of the Sati Center’s Buddhist Chaplaincy Program in Redwood City. She also served as a volunteer chaplain for Brahmavihara in Phnom Penh, Pathways Hospice in Sunnyvale, and Sojourn Chaplaincy at San Francisco General Hospital. Chenxing is the author of Be the Refuge: Raising the Voices of Asian American Buddhists.
