IBS’s Center for Contemporary Shin Buddhist Studies coordinates scholarly activity between IBS, Ryukoku University, and international Shin Buddhist scholars. Projects include translations of important Shin Buddhist texts, conferences and symposia, the annual Ryukoku Lecture series held in March, and ongoing institutional partnerships between IBS and Japan.
